{"id":46557,"date":"2022-06-16T09:43:14","date_gmt":"2022-06-16T07:43:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.canada.smc2-construction.us\/?p=46557"},"modified":"2025-09-11T16:56:47","modified_gmt":"2025-09-11T14:56:47","slug":"agrandissement-dun-centre-de-tri-a-begles-33","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.canada.smc2-construction.us\/fr\/agrandissement-dun-centre-de-tri-a-begles-33\/","title":{"rendered":"COUVERTURE EN MEMBRANE TEXTILE D&rsquo;UN CENTRE DE TRI \u00c0 B\u00c8GLES (33)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Pour l\u2019extension du centre de valorisation de d\u00e9chets de Bordeaux M\u00e9tropole (B\u00e8gles \u2013 33), SEG-FAYAT a fait appel \u00e0 SMC2 pour la r\u00e9alisation de la couverture et des fa\u00e7ades du b\u00e2timent en membrane textile.<\/p>\n<h2>Une technique de pose de la membrane textile innovante<\/h2>\n<p>Sur une surface de 5390m\u00b2, notre \u00e9quipe a assur\u00e9 la pose d\u2019une couverture en membrane textile sur une charpente m\u00e9tallique. L\u2019innovation de ce projet se trouve dans la technique de pose employ\u00e9e\u00a0: la tension par la\u00e7age. L\u2019enveloppe tendue \u00e9tait compos\u00e9e non pas d\u2019une seule et m\u00eame toile mais de plusieurs modules de toile de 14m x 14m, d\u00e9pos\u00e9 un \u00e0 un par le biais d\u2019une grue mobile. SMC2 a d\u00fb proc\u00e9der \u00e0 la fabrication d\u2019un gabarit de montage sp\u00e9cifique pour ce projet.<\/p>\n<p>Notre \u00e9quipe a \u00e9galement assur\u00e9 la pose de 3360m\u00b2 de membrane textile pour les fa\u00e7ades de l\u2019agrandissement de ce centre de tri.<\/p>\n<h2>Le choix de la membrane textile<\/h2>\n<p>Si la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.canada.smc2-construction.us\/fr\/structures-enveloppes\/enveloppes-tendues\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">membrane textile<\/a> a \u00e9t\u00e9 le rev\u00eatement choisi pour le centre de tri, c\u2019est parce qu\u2019elle comporte de nombreux avantages. Sa translucidit\u00e9 permet d\u2019apporter une luminosit\u00e9 naturelle, homog\u00e8ne et harmonieuse au sein du b\u00e2timent. Sa souplesse emp\u00eache la r\u00e9verb\u00e9ration du son permettant de ma\u00eetriser l\u2019acoustique.
