{"id":54315,"date":"2026-09-07T12:18:06","date_gmt":"2026-09-07T10:18:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.canada.smc2-construction.us\/?p=54315"},"modified":"2026-09-07T13:46:23","modified_gmt":"2026-09-07T11:46:23","slug":"pourquoi-les-structures-smc2-sont-une-reponse-durable-aux-defis-climatiques","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.canada.smc2-construction.us\/fr\/pourquoi-les-structures-smc2-sont-une-reponse-durable-aux-defis-climatiques\/","title":{"rendered":"Pourquoi les structures SMC2 sont une r\u00e9ponse durable aux d\u00e9fis climatiques"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Face au changement climatique, la construction doit aujourd&rsquo;hui relever un double d\u00e9fi : r\u00e9duire son impact environnemental tout en cr\u00e9ant des espaces capables de mieux r\u00e9sister aux effets du r\u00e9chauffement climatique.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chez SMC2, cette approche guide depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es la conception de nos \u00e9quipements sportifs, scolaires et de loisirs. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Construire autrement pour r\u00e9pondre aux enjeux de demain<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Notre syst\u00e8me constructif, associant <\/span><b>charpente bois<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> et <\/span><b>membrane textile<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, r\u00e9pond \u00e0 l\u2019ambition d\u2019une construction plus vertueuse en conciliant performance environnementale, confort d&rsquo;usage et long\u00e9vit\u00e9.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Au-del\u00e0 de la simple r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de CO\u2082, nos structures contribuent \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des espaces plus agr\u00e9ables \u00e0 vivre, mieux adapt\u00e9s aux fortes chaleurs et con\u00e7us pour accompagner les usages pendant plusieurs d\u00e9cennies.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une construction bas carbone gr\u00e2ce au bois<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le choix des mat\u00e9riaux est l&rsquo;un des principaux leviers pour diminuer l&#8217;empreinte carbone d&rsquo;un b\u00e2timent.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le bois, utilis\u00e9 comme structure principale des r\u00e9alisations SMC2, constitue une ressource renouvelable capable de stocker naturellement le carbone absorb\u00e9 durant la croissance des arbres. Cette capacit\u00e9 de s\u00e9questration permet de r\u00e9duire significativement le carbone incorpor\u00e9 (embodied carbon) de la construction.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une \u00e9tude comparative r\u00e9alis\u00e9e sur un gymnase \u00e0 Oswestry (Royaume-Uni) illustre parfaitement cet avantage. En comparant une structure en acier \u00e0 une structure en lamell\u00e9-coll\u00e9, le bilan carbone de la phase de construction passe de 730 tCO\u2082e \u00e0 seulement 148 tCO\u2082e, soit une <\/span><b>\u00e9conomie de<\/b> <b>538 tonnes de CO\u2082<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Cette r\u00e9duction correspond \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9quivalent de 1 353 barils de p\u00e9trole non extraits.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un rafra\u00eechissement des villes avec la membrane textile<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">R\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions ne suffit plus. Les villes doivent \u00e9galement s&rsquo;adapter \u00e0 des \u00e9pisodes de chaleur toujours plus fr\u00e9quents.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les ouvrages SMC2 participent \u00e0 cette adaptation gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur structure en membrane textile. Celle-ci r\u00e9fl\u00e9chit une partie importante du rayonnement solaire gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son <\/span><b>fort pouvoir r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissant (effet d&rsquo;alb\u00e9do)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, limitant ainsi l&rsquo;accumulation de chaleur. Contrairement aux surfaces sombres, elle absorbe beaucoup moins d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie solaire.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Par ailleurs, la membrane textile pr\u00e9sente un autre avantage majeur : sa translucidit\u00e9. En laissant diffuser une lumi\u00e8re naturelle homog\u00e8ne \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur des structures, elle am\u00e9liore le confort visuel tout en limitant le recours \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9clairage artificiel pendant la journ\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Concr\u00e8tement, quelle diff\u00e9rence ce syst\u00e8me constructif apporte-il\u00a0?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En comparant deux projets \u00e9quivalents \u2013 l\u2019un en structure bois et couverture textile, l\u2019autre en structure et couverture acier -, le constat est clair. En phase de production des mat\u00e9riaux de construction (uniquement A1-A3), l\u2019impact du b\u00e2timent m\u00e9tallique s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 45 tonnes d\u2019\u00e9quivalent CO2 tandis que la construction bois permet de <\/span><b>stocker l\u2019\u00e9quivalent de 15 tonnes d\u2019\u00e9quivalent CO2<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, sur la dur\u00e9e de vie de l\u2019ouvrage.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une comparaison entre deux solutions qui pourtant r\u00e9pondent toutes deux \u00e0 la m\u00eame fonctionnalit\u00e9 premi\u00e8re\u00a0: celle de prot\u00e9ger le sportif et de lui permettre de pratiquer son sport toute l\u2019ann\u00e9e.
