Renovation of the Lieusaint Tennis Hall in France
In Lieusaint, the tennis hall looks completely different! SMC2 supported the city of Lieusaint in the full renovation of its tennis hall, with a clear goal: to bring the facility back to life while enhancing the existing structure.
Measuring 36 x 36 m (118 x 118 ft), the building retained its original structure and joinery, modernized with a new tensile fabric roof and redesigned facades:

Main facade: steel sandwich panels, providing insulation and durability

Side facades: tensile fabric, allowing natural light and a contemporary aesthetic
A humidity control system was installed to ensure a healthy and comfortable indoor environment, whatever the outdoor conditions.
And that’s not all! The outdoor courts were fully renovated, creating perfect harmony between all spaces.
This ambitious renovation combines preservation of the existing structure, modern materials, and optimal user experience, serving both the sport and its players.
